Pizzeria Trånghalla TAKEOEVER

HOW DOES IT WORK:

This is Pizzeria Trånghalla's first pop-up outside the garden in Bankeryd. A unique collaboration that you don't want to miss!

Pizzeria Trånghalla started as a hobby project in the garden but has grown into an Italian oasis in Bankeryd. For one evening they take over Hotel Slottsvillan and create magic with their wood-fired pizza oven.

With a mix of carefully selected, self-imported ingredients from Italy and local ingredients from Jönköping, they have put together a menu where quality and love for Italy are in focus. It will be much more than just pizza - a full evening with cheese, cold cuts, small dishes and of course Tiramisu for dessert.

In honor of the evening, Magnus from the Pizzeria, together with Michaela from Slottsvillan, has put together a wine list with a focus on Italian artisan wines that go well with pizza and charcuterie. Maybe tonight you will find your new favorite wine?

TIMES:

at 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM, feel free to come before and have a drink or just hang out together in the sun in the courtyard or in our rooms

at 4:00 PM - Come from 4:00 PM and enjoy :) but we have to book a time for arrival so that you don't have to wait too long for the pizza

at 23:00 - closing

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

An Italian sharing menu where we start with antipasti, cheese and cold cuts before some small dishes arrive at the table. Then a taste of three different pizzas before we finish with tiramisu.
