3 weeks before you can no longer change the number of booked hotel rooms.
2 weeks before, you can no longer reduce the number of meals and, if it is a conference, you can no longer reduce the number of conference participants.
In case of later changes, full payment will be made according to the booking confirmation.
2 weeks before arrival, you must notify us of any special diets and an agenda with desired times for morning coffee, lunch and afternoon coffee, as well as dinner time.
Payment is made via invoice after your event. Invoiced according to the details on the booking confirmation. Correct invoice details must be submitted no later than 1 week before your event, otherwise payment will be made on site during your conference.
